Frequently asked questions
How do I book?
Online, on the Booking page: your technician, your services and your time, at least 2 h ahead. You get an e-mail when the request arrives, and another when the salon confirms.
How do I pay?
At the salon, in cash or by bank transfer. There is no online payment.
What if I am late?
More than 10 minutes late, the salon may have to cancel the appointment. If something comes up, let the salon know at least 24 hours ahead.
What are your opening hours?
Mon – Sat 11:00 – 21:00; Sunday 12:30 – 21:00.
